It’s that time of year, Spring is here, in-fact today felt more like summer. The trees are in bud and the birds are busy flying around eating the bugs and building their nests. It’s all systems go in polepics mission control too, but that’s exactly the way we love it. Today polepics met up with realtor Jim Wait at a gorgeous limestone house in Prince Edward County.
